Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Taman Travel. By booking any travel services through our agency, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required.
2.2. Full payment must be completed at least 30 days before the departure date.
2.3. If payments are not received within the specified period, the reservation may be canceled without notice.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the company address or by email to or****@*********el.com.
3.2. Cancellation fees for full payments are as follows:

  • 10% of the total amount for cancellations made up to 30 days before the trip.

  • 50% for cancellations made 30-15 days before the trip.

  • 80% for cancellations made 15-7 days before the trip.

  • 100% for cancellations made 7-0 days or less before the trip.

3.3. If the customer has paid only a 20% deposit:

  • 50% of the total deposit amount for cancellations made up to 30 days before the trip.

  • 100% of the deposit amount for cancellations made 30 days before the trip.

3.4. If the customer has paid only a 20% deposit and then pays the remaining 80% up to 30 days before the trip:

  • They can still cancel under the same conditions as a full payment cancellation.

3.5. If the customer is unable to obtain a visa:

  • 94% of the total amount will be refunded after full payment.

  • 30% of the deposit will be refunded if only the 20% deposit was paid.

3.6. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

3.7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters, or travel bans):

  • Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, considering service provider policies and any incurred costs.

  • The company reserves the right to deduct administrative fees and non-refundable expenses as needed.

4.Changes to Booking

4.1. Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.2. All changes must be requested in writing and approved by our agency.
4.3. Changes made up to 30 days before the trip will incur 20$ fee per person.
4.4. Changes requested within 14 days of the departure date cannot be accepted, and any cancellations will be subject to the cancellation policy.
4.5. All changes must be sent via email to or****@*********el.com.

5.Travel Insurance

5.1. Travel insurance is not included in the booking.

5.2. Our agency is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by factors beyond our control.

5.3. If you wish to purchase additional or upgraded travel insurance, you can do so through the booking tab on our website.

We provide a full range of insurance options:

Insurance Coverage – Increased Limits
  • Health Insurance

    • Medical services, including repatriation and transportation

    • Per insured event: $65,000 / €60,000 / 3,000,000 CZK

  • Emergency Dental Treatment (Separate Limit)

    • Per insurance year (or policy duration if shorter): $450 / €400 / 10,000 CZK

  • Outpatient Prescription Medications (Separate Limit)

    • Per insurance year (or policy duration if shorter): $450 / €400 / 10,000 CZK

Liability Insurance – Increased Limits
  • Limit per single insured event (double the limit for all insured events in one year or policy duration if shorter):

    • $87,000 / €80,000 / 4,000,000 CZK

  • Excess: $20 / €18 / 1,000 CZK

Accident Insurance – Highest Limits
  • Insurance Amount (with progression): $8,700 / €8,000 / 400,000 CZK

  • Death Due to Accident: $4,350 / €4,000 / 200,000 CZK

5.4. 24/7 assistance is available throughout your trip for any emergencies.

6. Tour Guides

6.1. Our agency provides experienced and licensed tour guides for all scheduled tours.
6.2. The guide is responsible for ensuring a smooth and informative experience during the tour, but they are not liable for any issues caused by third parties or events beyond their control.
6.3. Clients are expected to follow the instructions of the tour guide during the tour for safety and comfort.
6.4. Any complaints related to the guide’s performance should be addressed immediately to the agency so that we can resolve the issue.
6.5. In case of any tour guide cancellation or unavailability, we will provide a suitable replacement, and no additional charges will be incurred by the customer.

7. Responsibilities and Liabilities

7.1. Our Responsibilities
We are committed to ensuring a memorable travel experience by delivering high-quality services, excellent customer care, and seamless coordination of all tour elements.

7.2. Third-Party Services
Our agency acts as an intermediary for booking services provided by third parties, such as hotels, restaurants, and transport operators. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held liable for issues directly caused by these providers, such as service disruptions, property damage, or quality deviations.

7.3. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for:

Events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
Delays or cancellations due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
Loss, damage, or injury caused by third parties or personal negligence.
7.4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

Comply with local laws and regulations.
Refrain from illegal activities, such as possession of drugs or weapons.
Act respectfully towards others and follow instructions from guides or representatives.
In case of misconduct, the agency reserves the right to terminate a client’s participation in the tour without a refund.

7.5. Assistance and Insurance
We provide 24/7 support for emergencies during the trip. Clients are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, such as medical expenses or cancellations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Czech Republic.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The updated version will be effective as soon as it is posted on our website.
